swap an iphone 4s for a htc one s ?

hello i would like to swap my iphone 4s black 16gb for 50 plus a htc one s it is in very good as new condition has a screen protector on and comes with box and all accessories except headphones as are used. can pickup or email me for postage costs. i would also accept 400 for it.
